I helped Skupos.com, a series B startup, scale its customer base by accelerating onboarding of convenience store retailers into our data infrastructure. At acquisition, Skupos.com had almost as many convenience stores as 7-Eleven and Circle-K combined in the US. Solutioned given problem, got buy-in from multiple internal stakeholders, and rolled out across company.
